Thank you for playing Wander Tiles: Lucky Match! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pcpeters that governs your use of the app.

- Log out on shared devices
- Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access at our support team
What You May Not Do: Create multiple accounts, share account access, transfer or sell your account, or impersonate other users.
Account Suspension
Pcpeters may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have been compromised.
Platform Integration: Connecting via Google Play Games links your Wander Tiles: Lucky Match progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

What We Own

What You May NOT Do

Our Liability Limits

Maximum Liability: Pcpeters's total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the greater of your payments to us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Pcpeters. Without them, we could not provide Wander Tiles: Lucky Match at its current price.

Indemnity
If your actions cause Pcpeters to face legal claims, you agree to help cover the costs. Here's how that works.
You Agree to Indemnify Us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pcpeters, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of Wander Tiles: Lucky Match
- Your user-generated content
- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law
Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

Resolving Disputes
We take disputes seriously. Here's our process for addressing them fairly.
Step 1: Talk to Us First
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at our support team with a description of your dispute. We aim to resolve issues informally within 30 days.
Arbitration (Where Permitted): Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class-action arbitration is not permitted.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Pcpeters.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

How This Agreement Ends
When you or Pcpeters ends this relationship, these rules apply.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Wander Tiles: Lucky Match at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
We may discontinue Wander Tiles: Lucky Match with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Legal Governing Provisions
This section specifies the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Pcpeters is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in Pcpeters's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

Updating Our Terms

Some players may be sensitive to flashing or stroboscopic effects and could experience photosensitive reactions. If you or someone in your family has been diagnosed with epilepsy or light sensitivity, speak with a healthcare provider before playing.
