If your account has been inactive for 24 months, we may contact you before removing your data. You'll always get a chance to reactivate before deletion.
To delete your data sooner than our standard retention periods, email our support team. We honor valid deletion requests within 30 days.
Some data may be retained longer than standard periods where required by law, pending litigation, or regulatory investigation.
After retention periods expire, data is either permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Anonymized data cannot be used to identify you.
